How to book
1. Searching for a boat or catamaran
Through our website, you can compare more than 350 boats throughout Sardinia. By sending a quote request, our staff will send you the availability and prices current at the date of your request, forwarded directly to our owners, with no intermediaries!
2. Receiving tailored quotes
You will receive a detailed quote for each boat or catamaran. You can request photos and original spec sheets (if not already on the website) for the boat you're interested in, and place an option on it (i.e. hold the boat with no obligation) for a few days, the time needed to share the holiday details with your crew. You can also count on the support of our sales staff, who will assist you in your search.
3. Booking the boat
Book the boat you prefer and you'll receive a contract setting out the rental price and any extras to be paid (skipper, final cleaning, outboard engine, etc.). You'll pay a 50% deposit (any other arrangement should be discussed with the owner) to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% due four weeks before boarding. You can pay by bank transfer at no extra cost, or by credit card with an additional 3% charge on the rental cost. Your deposit will be paid directly to the owner, who will send you the rental contract, which must be read and signed in full. Booking voucher: once the balance is paid, you'll receive the boarding voucher, containing all the booking details, including the boat's information, its location, the owning company, and the name and phone number of the base manager and, if requested, the skipper. This document must be printed and presented at check-in.

Limitations and liability
Azwebitalia s.a.s, owner and operator of the website www.charter-toscana.com, acts as an intermediary between the customer and the boat owner or the charter company. We act as a sales agent/agency on behalf of the boat owner or the charter company (Charter Operator), a third-party supplier.
We act as your agent/agency, guaranteeing the accuracy of the boat information provided to you and the correct handling of the booking process up to check-in. AZWEBITALIA S.a.s will provide you with all the information (spec sheets, photos, etc.) about the boat, its equipment and any additional costs, and will assist you throughout the entire booking process to find the boat that best meets your requests and specific needs.
AZWEBITALIA S.a.s will inform the owner and/or charter company about your requests and will collect your documentation (e.g. boating license, VHF license, crew list...) and will carry out all the required tasks, including payments to the third-party supplier, as set out in the partnership agreement between AZWEBITALIA S.a.s and the third-party supplier.
AZWEBITALIA S.a.s, together with its staff, will not be held liable for losses or damages (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) resulting from: - inadequate information (descriptive) provided to us at the time of booking on behalf of third-party suppliers, regarding rates, availability and the description of the boat, its equipment and the services and products offered by the third-party supplier; - (legal) actions, errors, breaches, (serious) faults, intentional mismanagement, omissions, negligence, misrepresentation, civil or strict liability for a wrongful act attributable (in part or in full) to the third-party supplier, including cancellations (partial or total), delays, boat changes, overbooking, strikes, force majeure or any other event outside our control.
AZWEBITALIA S.a.s, having duly paid the owner and/or owning company, will not be required in any case to provide any refund or additional cost in your favor caused by any action or fault attributable (in part or in full) to the third-party supplier, including any complaints regarding the condition of the boat and its equipment, or its cleanliness.
In the event of any disputes between you and the owner before, during or after the rental, AZWEBITALIA S.a.s will make every effort to assist you in obtaining fair compensation from the third-party supplier, protecting your interests. AZWEBITALIA S.a.s, together with its staff, will not be held liable for the condition of any extras ordered at your request at the time of booking from the third-party supplier, such as, for example, the outboard engine, gennaker or spinnaker.
AZWEBITALIA S.a.s, together with its staff, will not be held liable for the quality of the service provided by onboard personnel, such as skipper, sailor, hostess, cook, babysitter or similar, whose services were requested by you at the time of booking from the owner and/or charter company.
It is also expressly stated that AZWEBITALIA S.a.s only provides a search and booking service and is therefore entirely unrelated to the working relationship with onboard personnel. According to common practice, the meals of the skipper and all onboard personnel are the lessee's responsibility.
AZWEBITALIA S.a.s, together with its staff, will not be held liable, nor will it issue any refund, in the event of damage to personal property, injury, losses or additional expenses incurred due to (legal) actions, errors, breaches, (serious) faults, omissions, negligence, misrepresentation, civil or strict liability for a wrongful act, or any other action/fault attributable (in part or in full) to the skipper. Please note that if a professional skipper has been hired, full and complete responsibility for the boat and its crew remains with the Lessee.
The contract governing the lease and/or rental and use of the boat itself, and any resulting matters, will be signed between you and the third-party supplier upon booking confirmation or directly at check-in.
